• Appropriate utilization to achieve balance

3.  We have accomplished a great deal

• Community-wide paradigm shift,
• Planning throughout the entire area,
• Industry awareness and interest,  
• On-going treatments on all ownerships and jurisdictions, and
• Celebrate our success

4. Our strength is our relationships with one another

• Diverse views are the basis of our effectiveness

 5. Change will occur, but our commitment to act in a collaborative spirit will not

• Opportunity to reinvigorate and reinvent ourselves, and,
• Separate factions don’t achieve effective resolution
