A Strategic Planning Team has been assembled to review the vision, scope and mission of the Greater Flagstaff Forests Partnership.

Strategic Plan for the Greater Flagstaff Forests Partnership: 2006 - 2010

The Expectations Action Team was formed to explore the expectations, roles, and responsibilities of GFFP Partners and Collaborators.  As of January, 2007, two documents outlining the findings have been approved by the Partnership Advisory Board: GFFP Overview (a "one-pager" about what it means to be a member of the Partnership) and Roles, Responsibilities, and Expectations of GFFP Partners and Collaborators.
